Because you can lose yourself in cooking a meal for an entire day, and it’s always a thrill to buy fresh produce at a farm stand, seafood from the locals, or pick you own home grown spices and flowers.
Because there’s no better place to make memories for a child. A place of the heart where family bonds are strengthed and deepened. Where parents teach daughters and sons to fish and read the stars. Where life’s lessons are passed from one generation to the next. The Eastern Shore and family go together. They are one and the same. Works of nature. Created from love. And made to last forever.
Because The Eastern Shore is simple, uncomplicated joy. Of holding hands. Of sharing stories. Of watching sunlight dance on water.
